The Fragrance Shop to open in Gretna Gateway, Scotland’s first designer village – Retail Times


RPMI Railpen (Railpen) has officially welcomed one of the UK’s largest fragrance retailers, The Fragrance Shop, to Gretna Gateway Outlet Village, Scotland’s first designer village. Opening on November 20, the store’s launch marks the creation of many retail jobs for the local community.

The Fragrance Shop at Gretna Gateway joins the retailer network of over 200 stores nationwide and will feature a wide range of signature fragrances from signature designers such as Caroline Herrera, Lacoste, Diesel, Guess, Armani and Hugo Boss.

The newly opened store also complements the destination’s high-end range of beauty retailers, including Molton Brown, The Body Shop and The Cosmetics Company Store.

The launch of The Fragrance Shop coincides with the major investment program underway at Gretna Gateway. The works incorporate comprehensive architectural and landscape redevelopments, as part of the destination’s upcoming renaming to Caledonia Park, Scotland’s first designer village.

JLL and Johnston Property Consultants Ltd advised Railpen on the transaction, while Johnstone Property Consultants Ltd acted for The Fragrance Shop.
