Coty is a global beauty leader and home to an illustrious list of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance brands. Their luxury and consumer brands include Boss, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Rimmel London, Bourjois Paris and Max Factor.
The deal will tap into the established DCS Group department that handles much of Coty’s sales and distribution, essentially becoming an operating arm of the beauty brand company.
