Kim Kardashian made the decision to temporarily shut down one of its beauty brands.
In a post on her Instagram story, the 41-year-old entrepreneur revealed that the new KKW Fragrance will go offline and explained the reason why.

Kim posted the note on his social media (via HEY), revealing that KKW Fragrance will close on May 1, “so that we can relaunch the fragrance in the future under a brand new name.”
While it’s down, she’ll be renaming the fragrance, and the relaunch will include “a new online store where you can shop across all beauty categories on one site.”
“Scent, as many of you know, is deeply personal to me,” she wrote. “I put my heart and soul into every bottle, and I’m incredibly proud of every KKW Fragrance product and collaboration we’ve launched since Crystal Gardenia in 2017.”
Kim concluded: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty and love over the past few years. I can’t wait to introduce you to the next chapter of my scent journey – I promise I won’t be gone for too long.
In a report of WWDa source shared that the name change had nothing to do with dropping the ‘W’ amid her split from her husband Kanye West.
“The rebranding has been in the works for some time. Kanye actually helped Kim come up with the new name and packaging,” the insider said. “The innovative formulas and even the shopping experience of being able to shop all beauty and cosmetics categories under one brand , one website have always been Kim’s vision from the beginning. She is incredibly excited about this next phase.
